Please complete this form if you wish to apply for a review of an automatic enrolment compliance notice, unpaid contributions notice or penalty notice.

Warning You can only apply to us for a review via this online form if it is within 28 days of the date of your notice.

Find out when a review application is likely to succeed or fail before proceeding.

The notice number is a 11 or 12 digit number. Do not use your letter code to sign in.
The notice number can be found on any formal notice from TPR, next to 'Notice number'.
